Environmental Policy

Aware that our development has implications for the environment and its resources, as well as for the country’s environmental needs, at CONLITH, S.A., we are committed to establishing and implementing an Environmental Management System for continuous improvement in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard. This standard establishes that all our processes are developed in compliance with environmental laws, with the commitment to protect the environment, prevent damage, prevent pollution, and harm to human health, the quality of our products or services, our team, and our company assets.

Sexual Harassment Policy

At CONLITH, we support Law No. 7476 against sexual harassment of employees and teachers.

Child Labor Policy

At CONLITH, the hiring of persons under the age of 15 is strictly prohibited, in accordance with the provisions of Costa Rican Labor Law, Decree No. 29220-MTSS / Chapter V. The same applies to our suppliers and clients, with whom business relationships will be terminated if it is proven that they permit any form of child labor or exploitation.

Forced Labor Policy

CONLITH deplores any labor or service exacted from an individual in all its forms and manifestations under the threat of any penalty, as such work violates human dignity, contributes to perpetuating poverty, and is an obstacle to the achievement of decent work. The same applies to our suppliers and customers, with whom business relationships will be terminated if it is found that they permit any form of forced labor.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Any type of discrimination is prohibited. Within the company, no person will be discriminated against based on race, religion, ethnic origin, nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or any other condition.
